Each coach on our team is trained to help you go deeper: untangling your specific patterns, working through what comes up in real time, and building a relationship with yourself that's supported, not solitary. Whether you're just starting to explore your story or you're ready to do focused, individualized work, we can meet you where you are.
Michelle Jones
I work with people who are ready for more support and clarity to navigate tricky and even traumatic things. Through my own healing journey I have discovered that I love bringing hope and connection to the healing work we will do together. My big wild dream is for the entire world to recognize that we are not broken. I want to open up how we see ourselves and replace shame, fear and not enough-ness with love, compassion and fun.
